Boulevard One offers the following shipping options:

2-Shipping Coverage
  • We deliver across UAE, GCC, and worldwide.
  • Free shipping within Dubai on all orders above AED 300.

Fast Delivery items – Estimated Timelines
• UAE Delivery: 1–3 working days
• GCC Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Worldwide Delivery: 3–7 working days
• Cash on Delivery: 1–3 working days (only within UAE, up to AED 2,000)

Returns: Paid by customer
Custom Orders – Delivery Timelines
• Delivery timelines vary depending on the product and designer
• For COD orders, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate processing

Delivery Information

Delivery is scheduled from the first working day after order confirmation and payment processing.
• Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (UAE time) are processed the same working day
• Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed the next working day

- All international deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- We only deliver to the address provided at checkout.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

While we aim to deliver orders at the earliest, Boulevard One works with third-party designers and suppliers.
• UAE & GCC: Estimated 3–5 working days
• Worldwide: Estimated 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on supplier readiness and destination.

For custom orders, additional production time will apply. Customers will be kept informed throughout the process.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. Boulevard One is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during or after shipping.
