Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Boulevard One, we strive to provide you with a seamless and luxurious shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

- Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact
  • Returns are accepted only for defective items

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Jewelry, Bags & Footwear
  • Beauty Products & Fragrances
  • Customized / Made-to-Order garments

3. Category-Specific Conditions

Clothing (Dresses & Apparel):

Eligible only in case of: Not matching measurements provided by the customer

4. Condition Verification

All returned items will be inspected by our Customer Care team.
Boulevard One reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

5. Return Shipping (UAE, GCC & International)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (UAE, GCC, and International orders)
Failure to cover return shipping may result in:

  • Delays in processing return/exchange
  • Additional charges 

Once your return is approved:

  1. Our team will guide you through the exchange process
  2. A tracking number will be shared for your reference

6. Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and approved:

Exchange / replacement will be processed within 2–3 weeks

7. Cancellation Policy

- Orders cannot be cancelled directly through the system once placed

Important:

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed
If eligible: Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks

Important Notes

  1. Boulevard One does not offer refunds for processed and delivered orders
  2. Boulevard One does not offer exchanges outside the stated conditions
  3.  Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to international shipping timelines
