Once you order and make payment for a product on this Site, it will be our customer care who will be responsible for dispatching your products. The Products that are dispatched by the customer care are passed on to our carriers for delivery.The delivery period for your order is based on the products you purchase, your shipping address and the delivery options you choose.choose.

The address for delivery provided by you should be correct and proper in all respects. We will deliver to your residential address only. We will not deliver to addresses such as hotel addresses, parking lots or other public places. Refund is available only in case the payment is made through Credit or Debit card and the Retailer or Supplier is unable to supply the product or in case of damaged product. In case of a damaged product, a complaint has to be registered within 5 days and return the product as per parameters as in Return Policy. Before refund, our Customer Care will assess the condition of returned Products to offer exchange or refund. This may result in exchange or refund being refused in case of damaged Products. Refund Policy is not available on items purchased through Cash on Delivery.

In case of refund the amount will be converted to prevailing bank rate at the date of refund. In case of any difference in the amount paid by you and the refund amount payable by us it is due to fluctuation of bank prevailing conversion rate for which we are not responsible.
