What if I forgot my password?

3.Type your email address and click 'submit'.
4. Your password reset link will be sent to your email address.

Do I have to be registered member to buy on this Site?
We encourage the users of this Site to register as a member so that we can upgrade you with up to date information through emails and newsletters. Being a member of this Site you can save information for next shopping.
If you are not a member of this site, you can simply add items to your shopping cart and do a Guest Checkout.

Online Shopping Orders and Purchases:

All orders and purchases made through this Site are subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Online Shipping Orders and Purchases that may change from time to time without prior notice. At the time of order we may require additional verification or information from you to before accepting and confirming the order. The Site may correct any errors or inaccuracies and change and provide you an update informationavailability, non availability of Products. Order Placement

Procedure to place an order:
1. Select your favorite Product, choose size and color, add the Product to your shopping cart.
2. If you continue shopping, click on 'continue shopping'. You can add as much Products as you want.
3. Click on 'submit'.
4. Click on 'Proceed' to check out.
5. Fill out all the forms by providing all necessary information.
6. Once order is placed, you will receive order confirmation from our staff.
7. You can receive your order updates in your email.

Cancelled/Declined Orders:
There are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.

What if I want to Return the Product?
All the Products sold on our website are subjected to a return policy that is applicable within five (5) working days of the date of delivery as long as the Products are in original packing and in original condition with the tags intact, unwashed, undamaged condition, merchantable quality is intact and match the description when purchased and received as ordered by the Purchaser. Our Customer Care staff will arrange return by a courier pick and return it in which all the charges will be borne by you.

Please Note: If you cannot present your Boulevard One online invoice of purchase we reserve the right not to offer a return or exchange.

No Return Policy on Custom Made Dresses and Jewelry:
Unfortunately we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.Please note that this option is not valid for custom made dresses and jewelry.

Return Procedure:
Although we strive to great customer experience however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for exchange on following terms:

In case if the Product I received was not as per Size or Specification
We take extra measures in packaging and delivering your purchases with expert team and staff. However, in case you received Product not as per size and specs orders, please immediately contact our Customer Care at customerservice@boulevardone.com

If I received different Product other than in ordered
In case if you received mistaken shipment or courier, please immediately contact our Customer Care via email to initiate and schedule the return process. Our agent shall replace the wrong shipment or courier delivery of your order according to your specifications.

Can I buy more than one Product at a time?
You can buy as many products as you like at a time from this Site, add in your shopping cart for purchase and order confirmation as one order. Click on 'Check Out' button.
